Satya Telecom, registered as a partnership firm in the year 2001, started business as a channel partner of DISHNET DSL LTD, who had then ventured with ADSL Technology in India, for the first time. The company successfully supported Dishnet DSL in all areas of operations such as sales/marketing, collections, customer care, resolution of customer concerns, and manpower.

In February, 2003, the partnership firm was incorporated into a private limited company, under Companies Act of 1956, with the name and style of Satya Telecom Pvt. Ltd. – with the following objectives:
- To match the dynamics of a growing clientele base and to mobilize maximum resources required to better service the ever-growing opportunities

To foray in to and to be the most preferred partner in the Telecom Software and Infrastructure Projects sector. In pursuit of this vision, Satya Telecom Pvt. Ltd., along with its dedicated team known for its rich experience in Telecom Infrastructure building, offering services to telecom majors such as AIRTEL, HUTCH (now, VODAFONE), IDEA and RELIANCE.

The success of Satya Telecom lies in our decade-long track record in deep industry and functional expertise, latest technology practices and a quality delivery model that helps clients achieve their maximum business performance.
Though our business has grown steadily over this period, we have not allowed that to affect our deep commitment to customer satisfaction. We can proudly say that all changes that were initiated at Satya Telecom were done towards empowering vertical growth, in order to further enable a high degree of customer delight.
The past seven years have seen Satya Telecom relentlessly executing various projects including acquiring sites for Telecom Operators, Tower Foundation works, RTT and GBT, complete electrification of Cell Sites, OFC, Turnkey Project implementation, and Power Liaison, to name a few! We have been successfully servicing the supply chain in the Telecom sector for the past year.

Our team building will be driven by project needs, and greater emphasis on knowledge sharing, grievance handling, to reach our customer expectations in deliverability of undertaken work. Our proposed organization is as per the Annexure and will be strengthened as on when required.
